excellent stay on granville island
complimentary water convenient parking quiet room
the hotel provided a complimentary bottle of water and a small chocolate each afternoon. my room was quiet, blocking both traffic and hallway noise. i also found guest parking very convenient.
this kept me awake during the night. the front desk only gave me an eye roll when i asked about being charged full price.

the hotel boasts an excellent position right on granville island. it is a calm place, perfect for walks or bike rides. public transport is easily accessible from here, too.

waterfront stay
quieter location amazing shower
i liked the location. it was accessible to nearby art. the hotel had a quieter location compared to downtown. it. the heat and cooler system worked well in the room. the shower was amazing!
The light in my room was broken. It was an inconvenience. the shades did not block the light. i woke up earlier than i wanted because of it. the cost of parking was high.

The staff showed cute courtesy from reception. the restaurant staff were attentive. They provided good service. staff took great care of the rooms. the hotel management leads by example.

My room was spacious. It was very comfortable. the room was reasonably quiet. the beds were very comfortable. the room had a nice view of the marina from my room. the room was very clean.

the attached restaurant had excellent meals. the restaurant service was amazing. the restaurant offers varied and tasty food. the restaurant has a nice marina view. i enjoyed the pizza.

Decent Stay on the Island
easy check-in comfortable room quiet atmosphere light dumbbells limited transportation few options
Check-in was easy. The room was comfortable. It was quiet, which I APPRECIATED.
The gym had only a few light dumbbells. It also had a couple of running machines. I found getting to other tourist attractions in the city DIFFICULT. I needed to use a water taxi.

broken ac unit floor stains
The Dockside Restaurant provided a very nice menu.
The room smelled like wet dog. The AC unit was broken. I found large stains on the floor, alongside water stains on the ceiling.
